The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils, plus a convenient breakfast bar overlooking the living area. A separate dining area provides seating for meals at home.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, television, ceiling fan and storage. The guest bedroom also offers a queen bed, television and comfortable accommodations. Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Monthly rates vary by season, unit location, view, and interior finishes. All reservations include access to Peppertree Bay's private beach, heated swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, fishing pier, clubhouse, and beautifully maintained grounds. A minimum stay of 30 nights is required in accordance with Peppertree Bay Association regulations. Taxes, cleaning fees, and any applicable administrative fees are calculated separately at the time of booking.
