One of the highlights of Unit 1114 is the enclosed lanai overlooking the beautifully landscaped lagoon and fountain. Surrounded by windows, this inviting space provides additional seating and dining areas and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book or relaxing while taking in the peaceful water and tropical landscaping.
The spacious living room offers comfortable seating and a television, while the adjoining dining area features seating for six.
The full kitchen is equipped for an extended stay with a full-size refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils. A separate breakfast table provides an additional casual dining space.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, television, ceiling fan, dresser and ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom includes a granite-top vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Monthly rates vary by season, unit location, view, and interior finishes. All reservations include access to Peppertree Bay's private beach, heated swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, marina, fishing pier, clubhouse, and beautifully maintained grounds. A minimum stay of 30 nights is required in accordance with Peppertree Bay Association regulations. Taxes, cleaning fees, and any applicable administrative fees are calculated separately at the time of booking.
